Things to Remember About Being A Peer Mom
- What you have to offer is unique and valuable. Be gentle and kind, but be yourself.
- Displays each point with a Your story is meaningful. There are different versions of your story, and all versions of your story are true.
- You are proof that moms can be healthy, strong, and resilient.
- Be aware of your own motherhood triggers.
- Set boundaries and take care of you. It is okay to say no to a match. We all need time to rest and recharge. Be generous and gentle with yourself. You will feel better and stronger for it.
