They provide tools for resume building, job searching (via Connecting Colorado), skills training (digital literacy, certifications), and business support (hiring events, WOTC info, strategic planning). ADW! collaborates with local partners (libraries, schools, community orgs) to offer comprehensive, accessible services, helping individuals upskill and employers find the right people for a competitive workforce.
