She also enjoys expressing herself creatively, illustrating children’s books or pursuing whatever hobby has caught her attention this week – ranging from mosaics to sewing to playing guitar.
Sara Nudd
Board Secretary
Sara is the owner of The Mama Co-Op and a board certified pediatric RN with over 20 years of nursing experience. She is a certified pediatric and adult sleep consultant with a focus in maternal and pediatric mental health. She guides parents through all of the dreaded sleep schedules and routines towards a realm of peaceful, nurtured and rejuvenating sleep. Her approach advocates for postpartum mental health knowing that lack of sleep for new parents is bidirectional. Evidence shows that there is a strong association between infant sleep problems and maternal depressive symptoms, even when known depression risk factors are taken into account. The Mama Co-Op teaches parents how to modify sleep behavior creating positive sleep associations.
Sara becomes a relatable source to the families she is supporting because she has been through it all herself as a mom of four. She’s currently in the last year of grad school to become a psych/mental health nurse practitioner to further support the pediatric and maternal mental wellness needs. Sara’s married to her summer camp sweetheart and they live in the Denver metro area with their golden doodle.

Stacy Price
Board Member - Volunteers and Events
Stacy Price was born and raised just outside of Denver in the Lakewood/Golden area and spent nearly a decade on the East Coast before returning to Colorado with a deepened sense of purpose: to support women and families through the emotional journey of motherhood.
She holds an associate’s degree in psychology from Red Rocks Community College and is currently pursuing her bachelor’s degree in sociology at Fort Hays State University. Stacy’s professional background spans accounting, customer service, and administrative roles, but her most meaningful work has come from turning personal loss into purpose.
After experiencing two miscarriages and the fear of infertility, Stacy became involved with the Angel Gown Project, coordinating the donation of wedding gowns to seamstresses who create burial garments for babies lost too soon. This work became a source of healing and a way to support families walking a similar path.
As a YANA board member, Stacy focuses on volunteer coordination and event support—helping build a compassionate community where no mother feels alone.
“There is no footprint too small to leave an imprint on this world.”
This quote holds deep meaning for Stacy. Though she never got to hold her babies, they changed her in ways nothing else ever could. The heart and hope she brings to her work is in honor of her two angel babies—and in hope for the children she dreams of holding one day
