Arapahoe/Douglas Works!
Arapahoe/Douglas Works! (ADW!) is a free, publicly-funded workforce center for Arapahoe & Douglas Counties, connecting job seekers with employment/training and businesses with skilled talent, offering services like career counseling, workshops, assessments, training assistance, and data on local labor markets to boost regional economic vitality. They provide tools for resume building, job searching (via Connecting Colorado), skills training (digital literacy, certifications), and business support (hiring events, WOTC info, strategic planning). ADW! collaborates with local partners (libraries, schools, community orgs) to offer comprehensive, accessible services, helping individuals upskill and employers find the right people for a competitive workforce.
