American Red Cross: National Youth Council

The American Red Cross National Youth Council is a group of thirteen youth members and two adult advisors who nationally represent and serve the youth volunteers of the American Red Cross. Drawing upon the creativity, dedication, and energy of youth, the National Youth Council seeks to promote young volunteers as an organizational resource.

Bikers Against Child Abuse

BACA exists with the intent to create a safer environment for abused children. We exist as a body of Bikers to empower children to not feel afraid of the world in which they live. We stand ready to lend support to our wounded friends by involving them with an established, united organization. We work in conjunction with local and state officials who are already in place to protect children. We desire to send a clear message to all involved with the abused child that this child is part of our organization, and that we are prepared to lend our physical and emotional support to them by affiliation, and our physical presence. We stand at the ready to shield these children from further abuse. We do not condone the use of violence or physical force in any manner, however, if circumstances arise such that we are the only obstacle preventing a child from further abuse, we stand ready to be that obstacle.

Children’s Wellness Center of Colorado

We are a private psychotherapy practice that serves children, adolescents, their parents/caregivers, young adults, adults without children, couples, and families. We seek to serve you and your family through a variety of services to meet your specific needs. We offer individual therapy, couples therapy, group therapy and family therapy.

Denver Area Youth Services (DAYS)

Their mission is to provide comprehensive human services to children, youth, and families throughout Colorado. DAYS provides mental health services, home-based family services, foster care, independent living placements for adolescents, and supervised parental visitation for children, youth, and families in need. Services can be self-referred or referred through local human services departments or the juvenile justice system.

We provide a comprehensive continuum of care for children and families facing challenges such as abuse, neglect, and mental health issues. Our programs focus on prevention, intervention, and treatment, all based on brain development and trauma-informed care.

Denver Workforce Development Youth Programs

Denver Workforce Development is committed to helping all Denver youth and young adults find the programs and services that meet their unique career needs. Douglas County Youth Initiative

The Youth Initiative is a method of coordinating local youth-serving efforts and assessing the needs of the youngest residents by envisioning a community in which youth are involved, valued, productive, protected and healthy. From school and behavioral issues to mental health, family conflict, substance use, truancy, and even court involvement — the Pavilion connects families to the help they need, all in one place.mmunity partnership that promotes the well-being of young people and their families through coordinated access to a comprehensive network of support services. The facility is open 24 hours a day to youth and families.
