A nonprofit organization, established in 1964, that supports over 15,000 individuals with disabilities and their families across their lifespans. Serving Arapahoe, Douglas, and Elbert counties, and Aurora, it acts as a Community Centered Board (CCB) and Case Management Agency (CMA) for long-term care. DP facilitates essential services including Early Intervention (EI), Medicaid Waivers, and family support services.

Night Lights
Night Lights is a non-profit organization providing free, monthly, inclusive respite care for children with special needs and their siblings (ages 1 month to 13 years). Operating in multiple cities across the state, it offers safe, volunteer-staffed, and nurse-supported evenings (6:30–10 PM) for children, allowing parents a needed break. Because the safety of the children is paramount, we run nationwide background checks on staff and volunteers and require families to fill out annual paperwork.

Parent University
Presented by Aurora Partners for Thriving Youth, Parent University offers online courses with topics relevant to supporting youth. Classes are geared toward parents and trusted adults, and include Youth Substance Use, Trauma Informed Care and Mindfulness, Understanding the Juvenile Justice System, and many others.

Three Birds Alliance

The Blue Bench
The Blue Bench (formerly RAAP) is metro Denver’s only comprehensive sexual assault prevention and survivor support center.
