LEVI (Longmont Ending Violence Initiative)

LEVI (Longmont Ending Violence Initiative) is dedicated to reducing domestic violence, human trafficking, and sextortion throughout Longmont and the surrounding community. LEVI values both prevention (stopping violence before it happens) and intervention (helping when violence is already happening). Including prevention and intervention in our services allows us to support individuals and the community as a whole. We think it is important to fight interpersonal violence from all sides.

OUR Center

OUR Center in Longmont, CO, is a comprehensive Family Resource Center that empowers low-income families within the St. Vrain Valley School District to achieve self-sufficiency. They provide essential services, including a community cafe, food market, clothing, and housing/utility assistance, plus early childhood education through the Aspen Center for Child Development.

Founded in 1902, HSBV is the longest-serving, continuously operating humane society in the state of Colorado! Today, we provide a safety net to animals in need in our community and beyond. Its programs and services include our 24/7 crisis line, 24/7 emergency shelter, non-resident advocacy, domestic abuse response, legal advocacy, legal representation, rapid and transitional housing, prevention and education, and youth and bilingual advocacy.

At Safe Shelter of St. Vrain Valley, we are committed to providing comprehensive support to individuals, families, and their pets who have been impacted by domestic violence, elder abuse, human trafficking, and teen dating violence. We offer lifesaving services and help survivors to chart a new course of independence and self-assurance free from violence.
