The Colorado Office of New Americans (ONA) serves as the point of contact for state agencies, private sector organizations, and the public to advance the integration and inclusion of New Americans in Colorado communities, facilitating their integration into the state"s civic, economic, and social life. The office was established in 2021 and advises the Governor and his team on immigration and integration policy.

DCAC: Immigrant Family Initiative
Denver Children's Advocacy Center's Immigrant Family Initiative provides mental wellbeing services specifically to kids and families facing difficulty due to immigration. The program supports kids at no cost to the families and regardless of insurance or immigration status.

Emily Griffith Careers Program
The goal of the CAREERS program is to help refugees and immigrants integrate into Colorado’s workforce by finding fulfilling career paths. Participation in the program is a long term commitment (between 1-2 years) and requires active participation and progress towards your long-term goals. The program is not designed to help job seekers find immediate employment.

SB251 Driver’s Licenses For All
Through the law SB251, driver licenses are available to everyone in Colorado, including undocumented Coloradans. Colorado Immigrant Rights Coalition (CIRC) provides resources and training to organizations around the state who support community members to prepare the necessary documents and access an appointment to obtain a driver’s license.
CU-Boulder’s Immigration Defense Clinic
Student attorneys in Professor Chapin’s legal Clinic at CU Law defend immigrants in a wide variety of legal matters, specializing at the nexus of criminal and immigration law. Professor Chapin and her students appear in both state and federal court on behalf of noncitizen clients, and also file affirmative immigration applications including Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) petitions. The Clinic operates on the academic schedule and typically takes cases during the academic calendar, from August-May.
Immigration Legal Center of Boulder County
The mission of the Immigrant Legal Center of Boulder County is to expand access to reliable legal services for the immigrant community, to educate the immigrant population about U.S. Law and to educate the general public about legal difficulties encountered by immigrants in this country.

LIRC is a DOJ-Recognized Organization with DOJ-Accredited Representatives who can help answer immigration questions. Notary publics, immigration consultants and other businesses are not able to give immigration legal advice. They can provide help filing citizenship applications and many other immigration forms. CDE: Migrant Education Program
