Momiculture
I am a certified Parental Leave Coach who guides expecting and new parents through the often complex and emotional shift from being a person to becoming a parent. This transition brings layered challenges at home and (if the parent works outside the home) at work, from identity shifts and changing family dynamics to evolving workplace expectations and communication needs. Whether my clients are first-time parents, or parents with expanding families, I offer evidence-based support, helping them navigate their transition and foster a sustainable new normal with clarity and confidence. Megan has long been an advocate for resources and support for mothers. She established several resources for mother at her former Fortune 500 employer and has been a part of the leadership team at the Center for Parental Leave Leadership. Just like Yana, she believes in a community of strong mothers - Mention Yana when contacting Megan and get a complimentary Parental Leave Transition Assessment.
