Thriving Families
Thriving Families (formerly MotherWise) is a Denver-based non-profit empowering women and families during pregnancy and the postpartum period. It offers evidence-based workshops on parenting, relationships, and child development, along with one-on-one case management, mental health counseling, and baby supplies, often supporting mothers in English and Spanish.

Special Connections
The Special Connections program is a Health First Colorado (Medicaid) initiative providing specialized, gender-responsive substance use disorder treatment for pregnant and postpartum individuals. It offers case management, counseling, and education to support healthy pregnancies, covering services up to one year postpartum to improve maternal and child health outcomes.
Florence Crittenton Services
Florence Crittenton Services pioneered a nationally recognized trauma-responsive two-generation program model that supports teen families through education, health and wellness, and economic and social asset building. Our campus is a full-service family resource center that includes an Early Childhood Education (ECE) Center, the Alethia E. Morgan, MD Health Center, and, through our 36-year partnership with Denver Public Schools, the on-site Florence Crittenton High School. On our new campus, we have extended our programming to offer services for teen families year round.

Alternatives Pregnancy Center
Alternatives Pregnancy Center is a nonprofit organization that provides a safe and trusted environment to process a pregnancy decision, compromised sexual health or mixed emotions after an abortion. Privacy and confidentiality are a priority. Our compassionate and qualified staff take pride in offering holistic care to address physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health. All services are available at no cost.
Colorado Adolescent Maternity Program (CAMP)
Colorado Adolescent Maternity Program (CAMP) works with young mothers by helping them throughout their pregnancy and post -partum period to ensure their medical, social and emotional needs are met. This program provides enhanced prenatal education and support catered to adolescent mothers 21 years old and younger including midwives, social workers, psychologists, a psychiatrist, a dietician, and care coordination. We provide pregnancy and parenting education including a labor and delivery class and a newborn and breast feeding class. Prenatal education that is covered in medical visits includes Baby and Me Tobacco Free, Sudden Infant Death Syndrome/Shaken Baby Syndrome, car seat education, Reach out and Read, Post-Partum Depression/ Baby Blues education, Birth Control, enrollment in WIC and Nurse Family Partnership, and Last Minute Education prior to delivery.

Hope House Colorado
Hope House is metro-Denver’s only resource providing free self-sufficiency programs to parenting teen moms, including Residential, High School & GED and College & Career Programs. Additional supportive services include parenting and healthy relationships classes, an Early Learning Program, health and wellness, financial literacy, and personal growth classes as well as certified counseling, all designed to prepare them for long-term independence. Hope House relies on numerous volunteers and local business partnerships to accomplish its mission.

The Teen Parent Collaborative is a unified community of organizations that strives to build capacity and connection for our members and advocates for teen parents and their children through shared resources, a program directory, and public policy advocacy.
New Legacy Charter School
New Legacy is two schools in one. Our high school serves all students with an emphasis on pregnant and parenting students. Our onsite Early Learning Center (ELC) primarily serves the children of those high school students.
