Mental Health First Aid Colorado

Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) teaches individuals how to identify, understand, and respond to signs of mental illness and substance use disorders. This eight-hour training gives individuals the skills they need to reach out and provide initial support to somone who may be developing a mental health or substance use problem adn help connect them to the appropriate care.
