An organization dedicated to preventing child maltreatment, strengthens families, communities, and organizations by building protective factors through research-based programs, training, policy work, and support networks, aiming for a Colorado where all children thrive safely and healthily. Hope House Colorado
Hope House is metro-Denver’s only resource providing free self-sufficiency programs to parenting teen moms, including Residential, High School & GED and College & Career Programs. Additional supportive services include parenting and healthy relationships classes, an Early Learning Program, health and wellness, financial literacy, and personal growth classes as well as certified counseling, all designed to prepare them for long-term independence. Hope House relies on numerous volunteers and local business partnerships to accomplish its mission.

Night Lights
Night Lights is a non-profit organization providing free, monthly, inclusive respite care for children with special needs and their siblings (ages 1 month to 13 years). Operating in multiple cities across the state, it offers safe, volunteer-staffed, and nurse-supported evenings (6:30–10 PM) for children, allowing parents a needed break. Because the safety of the children is paramount, we run nationwide background checks on staff and volunteers and require families to fill out annual paperwork.
