Aurora Housing Authority

AHA is committed to creating mission-driven housing solutions that make a difference. We currently support 2,000 households through voucher programs and provide affordable rental homes to 1,620 residents. By working closely with government entities, investors, landlords, and for and non-profit organizations, we build impactful partnerships that help us serve our communities and transform lives.

Metro Denver Homeless Initiative

The Metro Denver Homeless Initiative (MDHI) coordinates a seven-county regional response to make homelessness rare, brief, and nonrecurring. It acts as the lead agency for the Metro Denver Continuum of Care (CoC), uniting over 70 organizations to manage data, provide OneHome coordinated entry, and implement evidence-based, data-driven housing solutions.

South Metro Housing Options

Since 1971, the Littleton Housing Authority dba South Metro Housing Options (SMHO) has been serving the affordable housing needs of Littleton and Arapahoe County, making us the second oldest housing authority in the state of Colorado. SMHO owns and operates six (6) affordable housing communities in Littleton, conveniently located near shops, services, and public transportation.

Tri-Cities Homeless Initiative

The Tri-Cities Homelessness Initiative is a collaborative, data-driven effort by Englewood, Littleton, and Sheridan, CO, along with nonprofit partner Change the Trend, to address regional homelessness. Adopted in 2021, the Action Plan focuses on governance, serving single adults and families, and workforce development through initiatives like the Navigation Center and Ready to Work housing.

Littleton Immigrant Resources Center

LIRC is a DOJ-Recognized Organization with DOJ-Accredited Representatives who can help answer immigration questions. Notary publics, immigration consultants and other businesses are not able to give immigration legal advice. They can provide help filing citizenship applications and many other immigration forms. Appointments are required.

North Littleton Promise

North Littleton Promise builds life giving relationships with immigrant kids and families to foster faith, education, and leadership in Christ-centered community. We provide after-school clubs, summer programs, and soccer teams for elementary, middle, and high school students, plus faith, education, and leadership opportunities for the whole family.

Show & Tell

Show & Tell (formerly known as the THRIVE Center) is a Colorado-based nonprofit organization and the state’s only Community Parent Resource Center (CPRC) focused on supporting families of children with disabilities. Founded in 2019, it functions as a parent-driven organization dedicated to empowering families—particularly Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC) families—to advocate for their children from birth to age 26.

Family Tree: Domestic Violence Services

Family Tree is the only organization in the region focusing on the interconnected issues of child abuse, domestic violence, and homelessness. Domestic Violence Services keep survivors and children who have experienced domestic violence, sexual assault and/or stalking safe through our crisis line, emergency shelter (Roots of Courage), safety planning, legal advocacy and linkages to community resources. All services are available in English and Spanish and we will work with those needing languages other than English and Spanish through utilizing interpretation services.

Family Connects Colorado

Family Connects is an evidence-based, universal home visiting program designed to support parents and newborns through nurse home visits within the first few weeks of life. It connects families with community resources, such as childcare, healthcare, and financial services, to foster healthy development and reduce infant emergency medical care.

Aurora Mental Health & Recovery

Aurora Mental Health & Recovery (AMHR) is a comprehensive community mental health center in Aurora, Colorado, offering a wide array of services for all ages, from children to seniors, focusing on mental health, substance use, and co-occurring conditions, with specialized programs for disabilities, homeless individuals, refugees, and victims of crime, all delivered through therapies, case management, medication services, and integrated care, plus a 24/7 Walk-in Crisis Clinic.

Denver Springs (Englewood)

Inpatient and outpatient mental health and addiction services. Programs offer caring, compassionate treatment for children, adolescents, adults, and seniors, as well as specialized programming for active-duty military, veterans, first responders, and other high-risk frontline professionals. Programs include inpatient mental health and addiction treatment, inpatient psychiatric treatment for adolescents (12+), partial hospitalization programs (PHP), intensive outpatient programs (IOP), and Help for Heroes®.

Driven By Our Ambitions (DBOA) is a culturally responsive mental health and wellness organization rooted in Aurora, Colorado. We support inner city youth, men of color, and their families by transforming traditional therapy through creative, trusted spaces like gyms, barbershops, music studios, and boxing rings.

Colorado Adolescent Maternity Program (CAMP)

Colorado Adolescent Maternity Program (CAMP) works with young mothers by helping them throughout their pregnancy and post -partum period to ensure their medical, social and emotional needs are met. This program provides enhanced prenatal education and support catered to adolescent mothers 21 years old and younger including midwives, social workers, psychologists, a psychiatrist, a dietician, and care coordination. We provide pregnancy and parenting education including a labor and delivery class and a newborn and breast feeding class. Prenatal education that is covered in medical visits includes Baby and Me Tobacco Free, Sudden Infant Death Syndrome/Shaken Baby Syndrome, car seat education, Reach out and Read, Post-Partum Depression/ Baby Blues education, Birth Control, enrollment in WIC and Nurse Family Partnership, and Last Minute Education prior to delivery.
