Includes The Mom Box Project which is a box of love for moms that need a little bit of extra encouragement and love to know that she is not alone in her journey. Includes blanket, lotions and soaps, comfy socks, devotional or encouraging book, personalized notes.

Adams County Human Services
The Child, Adult, and Family Division is dedicated to ensuring the safety and well-being of children/youth in a permanent family home. This division can assist with abuse and neglect allegations, family reunification, foster and kinship care, adoption, guardianship and permanency. The Workforce & Business Center provides employment resources, training and career opportunities. Other programs offered through the county can include child support services, child care assistance, SNAP, LEAP, Head Start.
Pass Center
The PASS Center (Post-Adoption Therapeutic Services) provides specialized counseling focused on adoption, trauma, and attachment for children, adults, and families. Therapists utilize neurobiology-informed and attachment-focused approaches to support emotional healing, offering individual, group, and family therapy to address the unique complexities of adoptive families.
