Tri-Cities Homeless Initiative
The Tri-Cities Homelessness Initiative is a collaborative, data-driven effort by Englewood, Littleton, and Sheridan, CO, along with nonprofit partner Change the Trend, to address regional homelessness. Adopted in 2021, the Action Plan focuses on governance, serving single adults and families, and workforce development through initiatives like the Navigation Center and Ready to Work housing.
Urban Peak
Urban Peak is a non-profit organization dedicated to helping youth (ages 12-24) experiencing homelessness in the Denver metro area, providing comprehensive services including 24/7 shelter, supportive housing, education, and employment training. Their "Mothership" campus offers over 100 beds and specialized care to transition youth toward self-sufficiency.

Volunteers of America Colorado
Through more than 50 distinct human service programs throughout the state of Colorado, including housing and healthcare, Volunteers of America helps more than 141,894 Coloradoans each year.
