Rocky Mountain Communities

Rocky Mountain Communities (RMC) is a Colorado-based nonprofit founded in 1992 that develops, owns, and manages affordable housing, serving over 2,700 individuals. RMC operates around 10 properties, offering stable housing and comprehensive, resident-focused services (food, education, health) aimed at fostering stability and upward mobility.

South Metro Housing Options

Since 1971, the Littleton Housing Authority dba South Metro Housing Options (SMHO) has been serving the affordable housing needs of Littleton and Arapahoe County, making us the second oldest housing authority in the state of Colorado. SMHO owns and operates six (6) affordable housing communities in Littleton, conveniently located near shops, services, and public transportation.

Tri-Cities Homeless Initiative

The Tri-Cities Homelessness Initiative is a collaborative, data-driven effort by Englewood, Littleton, and Sheridan, CO, along with nonprofit partner Change the Trend, to address regional homelessness. Adopted in 2021, the Action Plan focuses on governance, serving single adults and families, and workforce development through initiatives like the Navigation Center and Ready to Work housing.

Urban Peak

Urban Peak is a non-profit organization dedicated to helping youth (ages 12-24) experiencing homelessness in the Denver metro area, providing comprehensive services including 24/7 shelter, supportive housing, education, and employment training. Their "Mothership" campus offers over 100 beds and specialized care to transition youth toward self-sufficiency.

Volunteers of America Colorado

Through more than 50 distinct human service programs throughout the state of Colorado, including housing and healthcare, Volunteers of America helps more than 141,894 Coloradoans each year. Since 1896, our ministry of service has supported and empowered America’s most vulnerable groups, including at-risk youth, the frail elderly, low-income families, homeless individuals and families, women and children escaping domestic violence, and those seeking affordable housing solutions. Services include housing and shelter programs, hunger services, volunteer services, community support, Veteran support (720-501-3367), and the Mission (303-295-2165).

Our mission is to also provide reversible contraception and in-depth health education to all patients who need it. By doing so, the CWHC has helped make Colorado a leader in preventing unplanned pregnancies.

Every Child Pediatrics

Every Child Pediatrics is a Colorado-based non-profit providing comprehensive, high-quality pediatric care to children regardless of their insurance status or ability to pay. Operating as a pediatric medical home, it serves over 24,000, often low-income, children with services including primary care, behavioral health, dental, and nutrition, with multiple locations across the Denver Metro area.

MedNOW Clinics is committed to delivering high-quality care ofr patients as if they were members of our own family. We provide comprehensive and coordinated care for adults, seniors & children 12 years and older (Thornton location now accepting pediatric patients). We focus on the overall patient experience by providing exceptional, individualized, and easily accessible care using value-based care strategies. We accept most insurance plans, including commercial plans, Medicare, Medicaid, and Kaiser Permanente.

Special Connections

The Special Connections program is a Health First Colorado (Medicaid) initiative providing specialized, gender-responsive substance use disorder treatment for pregnant and postpartum individuals. It offers case management, counseling, and education to support healthy pregnancies, covering services up to one year postpartum to improve maternal and child health outcomes.
