Colorado Child Abuse & Neglect Hotline

The presence of a single sign does not mean that child maltreatment is occurring in a family. However, it may be necessary to take a closer look at the situation when these signs appear repeatedly or in combination. Trust your gut instinct and call 844-CO-4-Kids if you are concerned for the safety and well-being of a child or youth. If not you, then who?

Let’s Talk Guns, Colorado

Let"s Talk Guns, Colorado is a state-sponsored public awareness campaign by the Colorado Department of Public Health & Environment (CDPHE) to reduce gun violence by promoting firearm safety, responsible ownership, and community dialogue. It provides resources on safe storage, reporting lost/stolen guns, Extreme Risk Protection Orders (ERPOs), and mental health support, encouraging everyone, gun owners or not, to have open conversations about gun safety to prevent accidents, theft, and suicides, fostering a culture of responsibility. ERPOs are a legal form of temporary out-of-home gun storage that restricts access to guns for individuals who have demonstrated that they’re at risk for harming themselves or others.
